We collect only what is necessary to deliver our service:
Your information is collected for one purpose only: to deliver the 24 Stories service as you have requested. This includes sending weekly story prompts, delivering edited stories to your family, producing your Legacy Book, and communicating with you about your subscription.
We do not collect information for marketing to third parties. We do not profile you. We do not use your data for any purpose beyond the service you have signed up for.
We will never sell, rent, share, or disclose your personal information — or your stories — to any third party, under any circumstances.
Your stories are your property. They belong to you and your family. We read them only to edit them professionally as part of the service.
AI training: never. Your stories will never be used to train artificial intelligence systems of any kind. No exceptions.
Marketing and publication: never without your prior written consent. We will not quote from, reproduce, or reference your stories in any marketing material, testimonial, or publication of any kind without first approaching you directly and obtaining your explicit written consent.
The only parties who ever see your personal information are:
Your data is stored in Airtable, a secure cloud database. Access is restricted to authorised 24 Stories staff only. Our website is hosted on Netlify with HTTPS encryption on all pages. Emails are delivered via Mailjet, a GDPR-compliant email service provider.
We retain your personal information for as long as your subscription is active and for a reasonable period thereafter for record-keeping purposes. Stories and book content are retained to allow us to reprint your book if required. You may request deletion at any time.

Our website uses no tracking cookies and no third-party advertising scripts. We do not track your behaviour across other websites. The only data stored in your browser is what is necessary to display your Story Library.
