This is, in essence, a confidentiality agreement between writer and client.
Anything shared with the writer in confidence, and identified as such, will not be disclosed by the writer under any circumstance.
The client owns all rights to their manuscript and book.
Whether the writer is credited on the finished work is entirely at the client's discretion.
Any reviews or samples from a client's project will only be used by the writer for marketing purposes with that client's agreement.
